2:30-3pm Open class competition Plylon, and Limbo, ALL types of planes, fast, slow, brushed, brushless.    
After Open Competition finishes Field Break-down      
         
Event Rules        
  Pylon   Details determined at the event. must go around each pole at the end of the field.8-10 times, to be determined. If a cut occurs, the pilot must go around the same pole again, or loose the lap.
There will be a 'cut' judge.
 
  Limbo     1 point for each pass under Limbo
2 points if inverted before and after passing under the limbo pole
Airplanes when on ground, must stay until after the event finishes (unless on-fire...)

No landing gear, ok, but if ground touch happens, the plane has to stay down.  (touch = done.)

 
  Combat   1 point for knocking someone else down and airplane remains in the air.

RULES of participation:
    Recommended:
All Flyers should be registered before the event, but pre-registration isn't required.
    flying participants (pilots) will need to attend a safety meeting to fly in the defined events of the day

Additional impromptu safety briefs and pilot  numbers will be distributed during the day
   
    Definition of the flight line, Calling Launching, Landing, on the field/off the field, responsibility of flying/crashing and insurances.

   
Freq Board use:  Make sure that no-pin is up, AND put your pin up, BEFORE turning on your Radio. (versus radio impound)

    Safety-Safety-Safety --No flying over the freeway, overhead, the parking lot, etc.

    do's and don'ts    Do follow the safety rules, Don't fly overhead or over the parking lot

    Record setting launch sequence  To be coordinated, not all at once, ie probably every other person, ie 2 or 3 waves of launches

    At the end of the event, land promptly, to allow the next group to fly, so we can stay on schedule, even if your battery isn't dead yet...

    1-time warning flying behind the flight line,
    2nd offense flying behind the flight line, removed from event.
