Sep 7-9th -- (Fri-Sun) Reno Hot Air Balloon Races, Rancho San Rafael, Reno, NV

Sep 9th -- (Sun) Reno-Sparks-Lake Tahoe Triathlon and Family Fun Fair at Sparks Marina 9am-1pm

LOTS of activities going on, Spectator aerobics, martial arts and tumbling, DARE, Fitness and health tests, water and fire safety Demo's. Family Games and Don't forget a little Kite and possibly, zagi flying!  (yes.. Zagi's float! - but the batteries don't!)

Sep 13-16th -- (Thurs-Sun) Reno Air Races (big 'real' airplanes at Stead, NV)

Sep 15th -- (Saturday) BASKL Awards ceremony/BBQ and fun (kite and maybe zagi...) fly  at Cesar Chavez park in Berkeley, CA

Sep 16th  -- (Sunday) Mix 96 Kite Festival, Sacramento, CA

Sep 19th -- OOPS! Someone had a 'funny' date on flyers handed out the 'make a wish' duck race.

The flyers said there was going to be a RNKC BBQ and fun-fly on 'Sunday Sep 19th' (versus Aug 19th) from 1pm until 6pm.  Anyone up for a midweek/afternoon BBQ/Fun fly???

Sep 22nd -- (Saturday) 10am-2pm Junior (Radio Controlled) Air Races in Stead, NV at the Fathers day location. (North Valley Regional Sports complex)  FathersDayLocationAndDirections.gif (29841 bytes)
